Why are my controller batteries not charging?
Please make sure the batteries are positioned correctly in the controllers. There are metal contacts on the battery (in gray) that have to face upwards for charging.

Is it compatible with Oculus Quest 3?
Apologies, the current dock doesn’t support Quest 3. However, we have introduced a new dock specifically compatible with Quest 3. You can purchase it using the following ASIN: B0CQTJ8YN1.

Are there replacement batteries for purchase?
Yes, you can find the replacement controller batteries from the ASIN: B09P7DFTLC.

Why are my controller batteries not charged up to 100%?
Usually, the batteries is fully charged, but the Quest may still display it at 90% or lower.To prevent overcharge and increase both battery life and charging stability, the battery display may show that the batteries are not fully charged.

Does it charge for the elite strap with battery?
Yes, It is compatible with the elite strap with battery, but it should work with the attachment and longer charger cable (ASIN: B09QSLZJT4) together for better balance. You can also find the new set with battery support here (ASIN: B09QSMFLT7)
