How to clean the boxing pads ?
1.Do not scrub directly, wipe gently with a semi-dry cloth and then dry it in a dry and ventilated place.
2.Do not dry clean, high temperature is easy to deform,the water temperature should not exceed 40℃.
3.Do not expose in the sun long time, it will fade and aged

Does this come with one mitt or two mitts?
Two mitts. They appear to be interchangeable in that you could wear either on either hand. Good product.
Does this work for muay thai?
Yes! We use these punch mits at our Muay Thai tournaments to get our fighters warmed up.
