What are the shipping charges and delivery times?
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of your order and the country of delivery. Estimated delivery times for orders within the country are 2-3 working days, while international orders take between 8-12 working days. Please note that additional customs or import fees may apply for shipments to certain countries, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange health, personal care, or beauty products purchased from HolioCare?
HolioCare does not accept returns or exchanges for health, personal care, or beauty products unless we have made an error or the products were received in a damaged or faulty condition. In such cases, you may return unopened items with seals intact within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products can only be returned if they are faulty.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. We will issue a full refund or exchange for the item, including postage charges incurred in returning the item to us. Please follow the instructions under our "How to Return Your Item(s)" section for processing your return.
How long does it take to process refunds, and how are they issued?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of accepting your returned item. For purchases made with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the same card. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
