More Gel for Longer Coldness: KingPavonini ankle ice pack wrap is filled with 40% more gel than the others. Up to 30 minutes of cold therapy can be sufficient to relieve your foot or ankle pain and discomfort. (For longer cold therapy, it is recommended to purchase 2 ice packs to use alternately).
