Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–4 business days. Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Otherwise, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow its progress.

  • Address Accuracy: Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect details may incur a re-delivery fee.

  • Delays: Carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volumes may occasionally extend delivery times. If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us.
