Shipping To the World:
  • Shipping charges will be applied in many countries according to the weight of the order
  • Estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the country is 1 to 2 working day
  • Estimated delivery time for orders shipped from outside the country is 8 to 10 working days
  • Shipping address should include, Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Number and Email Address.

N.B.: Shipments to some countries may also be subject to customs fees or import fees. The customer will be responsible to pay such fees (if existed). If the order is not cleared by the customs and returned to HolioCare, customer will be charged the shipping fees and return fees and the balance amount will be refunded.

Billable Weight
Billable weight is calculated as the greater of actual weight and dimensional weight. Actual weight is the weight of the fully packaged shipment in pounds (scale weight). Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches and dividing the total by 166; ((L*W*H/166)). When the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight; charges may be assessed based on the dimensional weight. Shipments whose billable weight exceeds the max allowable weight or dimensions rating limit will be returned to sender at sender’s expense (See oversized package detailed below)."

Oversized Packages
Oversized Packages are calculated as Length + Girth exceeding 84 inches. Girth is calculated by measuring the total length in inches all the way around the parcel on the longest sides. In other words, the length and girth of a package is length plus (2 times the height) plus (2 times the width); (L+2(W+H)). If the dimension includes a fraction, a fraction of one-half or greater will be rounded up to the next whole number; less than one-half will be rounded down to the next whole number. Oversized Packages are not supported by eBay international standard delivery. Shipments which are oversized will be returned to sender at sender’s expense."

Returns & Refunds

The following policies apply to products purchased from HolioCare.com:

  • HolioCare.com will not accept any returns or exchange for Health, personal care and Beauty products in General.
  • If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your products in a damaged or faulty condition, you have the right to return them to us within 14 days from the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item if the order is unopened with seals intact.
  • The refundable amount will include deductions for discounts you received on your original order in proportion to the normal value of the returned item or items. Please note that we can accept the return of opened products only if they are faulty.
  • If the contents of your package have been damaged in transit, you can return the products to us for exchange within 14 days of the day you took receipt of your order.
  • On acceptance for product return, we will process your request for the refund within 7 working days.
  • Refunds on the purchases made with the credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit card to appear.
  • Returning items to us under our standard policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in the section “HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)” below.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We will refund the postage charges incurred in sending your order to you, and the normal postage charges incurred in returning it to us, if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
  • We cannot refund any express or courier component of the shipping charges under any circumstances. You are responsible for those additional charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
You can return your order to us within 14 days of the date you took receipt of your order, unopened with seals intact, if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we can accept the return of opened products only if they are faulty.

  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation, including the original order dispatch note.
  • File a refund request by email with clear and exact pick up address and contact number.
  • We will pick up the item (s) from the pickup location specified in your email.
