Shipping Worldwide
- Free Delivery to all countries.
- Handling Fee applies only for GCC countries and International.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery in UAE: within 24 Hrs
- Within GCC: 2–4 working days.
- International (outside GCC): 7–10 working days.

Customs & Import Duties

Billable Weight & Dimensions
- Shipping is based on billable weight (greater of actual or dimensional weight).
- Oversized packages (Length + Girth > 84 inches) will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items
- For reasons of health, hygiene, and safety, returns and exchanges are not accepted for most health, personal care, and beauty products once opened.
- Exceptions apply only if the item is faulty, damaged, or delivered in error.

- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card).
- Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Refund amounts will reflect discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or wrong item), we will cover both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee.
- If returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Express or courier surcharges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
